Vladimir is a PSI user and whilst supposedly being a beast-man he is not limited to only spiritual abilities, Vlad is actually an abomination based off the long dead Hyena Beast-man culture, created for the use of PSI on beast-men.

Both being from the same origin, Pag and Vladimir are similar in ways, both are carefree and have eccentric behavior but what differentiates him from Pag is that he acknowledges the disgusting nature of all sentient life forms and simply chooses to laugh and mock. (like a really badass villian would) and when situations get serious he will dramatically change in character, much like Dr.Jekyll and Mr. Hide but on a more psychological level.

One of my scrapped ideas for Skel was to have dialogue that would change the mood in a subtle manner from calming to unsettling, this made skel seemed more unstable than I would have liked, as his/her dialogue being directed at the Psychology and Soul of Richie and Junebelle became almost too real to handle for myself, it made Skel seem really dark which was way too high than what I was aiming for, but I somehow wanted to incorporate this style of writing into another character.

Skel’s old design was originally supposed to be uncomprehensible and monstrous
much like how I plan on Vladimir to become to make the best possible alternate to Pagliacci the Undead Reindeer and one of the most interesting Villians for the proto-gonists to defeat.

Vladimir has no known character designs yet and this is only the first time I’ve introduced this idea to anyone.

Malikai is the second largest villian of my story, and unlike ‘atlas’ he is always
egging on Richie. Richie and Malikai have a lot of similarities in attitude and some of their philosophies based on the world are almost similar, they’re both incredibly serious characters and are annoyed easily, but unlike Malikai; Richie is still hopelessly lost in romance for dreams.

Malikai’s views on reality reveal that he is only in it for Money and Power, he had lost the dream of changing the world for the better (like Richie) as a young boy, he had even successfully manipulated his schoolmates into being his allies, the reason being at a young age he realized to rise to power he needed as much connections as possible, so that when him and his mates are all adults he would be asking for favors and would be eventually plugged to a massive amount of wealth.

During his travels and his propaganda, he slowly realized the hidden power of Reikan but due to his loss of trust/faith for humanity he started placing himself above everyone and as such his Reikan turned his soul into an attraction of people and dreams to a repellent for such fantasies, he is now making shady deals and working under the table for the World Government.

SunGohan is the decentant of Monkeyking Wukong and was titled as the Monkey King after Wukong,
SunGohan lived during the great War of the World era and was responsable
for the improvement of Monkey Kung-fu and the idea of inner peace and the
health of the mind (buddahism). SunGohan preached the comings of a great attack on not only his people but the entire
planet, his people begand to mistrust in him, due to his reluctance on the ‘old ways’
he preached the downfall of the Old Gods and how the people were going to be the new
masters of the universe, when his people turned against him
SunGohan simply apologized before they could arrest him, and he did what seemed almost impossible
SunGohan Walked on the sky itself without the use of a Nimbus Cloud and walked into the heavens alone
soon after Beastmen everywhere were put in a Bloody fray between an unknown and all powerful force,
it wasnt until the end of the war for the planet did beastmen realize that they only had themselves left to depend on
since the gods did not aid them.

Before Gohan left the planet to begin his space walk, he preached onto his people
about a stairway to heaven, which was a metahor he used to imply that
all races must work towards total world peace (I will go into detail about it later) so that all the fighting
between beastmen will cease in order for Space travel to be the only choice left.
This metaphor is based on the Age of Picease transending into the Age of Aquarius
(the age of man)

beastman aspect is a special elemental or avatar like stage, where the beastman
takes the power of an animal that is tied to myth. As such a pheonix aspect beastman is able to turn his body into fire, and is able to upgrade it into advanced techniques related to fire such as Thunder to Plasma, or Carbon to Diamond. Aspects are connected to the user’s spirit (soul), so a beastman who shoots a fireball will have the fireball die out after flying a short while.

Aspect of Falcons - Rare Aspect -
Falcons were unrespected beastmen who lived in the old world, and were extinct after the war of the worlds. Falcons used sound and air manipulation to fight

Pagliacci mixes this rare Falcon Aspect in with his music
since he puts so much soul into his voice, his aspect connects with everything that touches (or hears) his voice. With this he is able to use people as puppets by humming or singing since it surrounds his enemies head with sound. (This ability of mind control and the fact that he’s undead makes Pag look more like a Warlock or Lich) Pagliacci is potentially able to move at the speed of light, and emulates Sound to trick enemies on his location
